Optima Travel, Tourism and Leisure Forum

Agenda: “providing a true digital multi-channel visitor experience, promoting sustainable relevant communications for the travel, leisure and tourism industry”

This promises to be a stimulating forum with the opportunity for like minded industry leaders to share and exchange ideas, discuss current issues and understand how the market is changing.

We are holding several of these forums in different locations throughout the UK, the first of these sessions will be held in Edinburgh on Wednesday 20th of August.

There will be presentations on the latest technology for communicating with your customers, including Bluetooth Marketing and Digital Print. Bluetooth Marketing is an exciting new way of communicating to customers and visitors - with four times the number of mobile phones than PC’s this is a market with vast potential.

We will have a demonstration on the Libretto technology looking at how to effectively reduce print volumes and decrease waste. There will also be discussions around tracking the effectiveness of communications sent to customers.

Optima Communications will talk about Digital Print, in particular Web2Print which gives the ability to print and control communications online, resulting in less wastage, greater brand control and reduced cost.

This forum is open to all organisations within the travel, tourism and leisure sector. The aim is to give the audience a chance to discuss potential shared opportunities within the tourism market and share best practice. We are limiting spaces at each forum to ensure this is a lively, thought-provoking event.

If you are interested in attending, please contact Ashley Quinn at ashley.quinn@optimavalue.com or on 0131 272 2704.
